For school on Thursday we read the story Henny Penny! We had fun finding things to rhyme with our names and since an acorn fell on her head we organized a whole bunch of different kinds of nuts and found how different they looked on the inside and how well they tasted. We also made home made peanut butter and home made strawberry freezer jam! The peanut butter didn't turn out well but the strawberry jam was delicious! Kayden is convinced that he is an expert jam maker and we can no longer buy the jars at the store!
