We had a jolly old time at our "P" for Pirates story time! We also learned a lot about how to say the letter "RRRRRRR"! The boys had a blast with their bags of "gleamin booty" as Kayden kept calling it (he got that from a pirate book we read this week). We got the boys all decked out and even taped a picture of the Pirates Who Don't Do Anything (from Veggie Tales) on Ryan's shirt! Ryan LOVED the live parrot that was brought in! Our librarian is so amazing! She even tied a pirate flag to her chair so it looked like her ship! Needless to say we had lots of fun!
