When we were at the temple Friday we brought our rock book and found out what kind of rock the temple was made out of, Granite. So today we went up Cottonwood canyon to go to the rock quarry and add some Granite from the temple to our rock collection. Well, we went up the wrong canyon but it was even better because not only did we find the same granite as the temple but we found marble too! We also had a nice picnic and went on an exploring nature walk!
Kayden also found this see through dragon fly wing while sitting on a log! Amazing!
