Sorry no pictures this week. Things were just crazy so you will have to suffice with a regular written journal entry for this week.
House- We went and cancelled our contract with our realtor this week and got it listed and publicized ourselves now. It was a lot of work but we have a lot of action happening and are excited at the thought of selling our home and moving on with our lives together as a family. We will be crazy yet again this weekend because we will be having an open house on Saturday.
Boys- The boys were great to hang with me through all the craziness and stress this week. The only emotions I can use to some up majority of the days were I was mad at them and they were mad at me but we are back on good terms now and sailing along. As a fun break we went to the Children's Museum all day on Saturday and the boys had a blast running themselves ragged! I forgot my camera otherwise I would have had some fun pictures. I will get some next time we go because they had a deal going on and we bought a 6 month pass for almost the same price as it would have cost us for one day. The boys are excited at the thought of going again! We also had fun being with daddy this weekend! We were only supposed to be there Saturday but we all missed each other so much that we spent the night to be with dad a little longer, which was nice!
Richard- Loving his work! I tell you that I have pure knowledge that the Lord hears and answers prayers because threw Richard's whole unemployment we prayed that he would find a job that he would enjoy and be happy at and we are so blessed that he has found it! He misses his family greatly so he can't wait for us to be moved out there so he can have his family and a job he loves!
Me- I thoroughly enjoyed church today and let me share with you some tidbits I gained that have lifted me up to fly on my way (even though to look at me you would think I was drowning). Neal A. Maxwell shared a story about his great great grandfather who left England to join the saints in America when he joined the church. On his journey over he lost a couple of his children and when he arrived he considered it too hard to travel across the plains to Utah with the saints. They eventually headed west but only made it as far as Montana and settled there determined he could go no further. Without the church his children and their children fell away from the gospel and sadly generations were lost because one person didn't have enough courage, strength, and faith to follow the Lord and continue on. I love what president Hinckley says that you can not do it alone. you can't. you will fail. That is why we have prayer and faith to trust in the Lord because with Him we can do anything and everything. That is my motto for today, tomorrow, and the rest of my life. Anytime I feel that I am failing I will get down on my knees and have Him carry me to succeed! I love my Heavenly Father and am so grateful for his love for me!
Me- I am holding strong.
