Dad's trip lead him into Kemmerer Wyoming so we decided to meet him there. While we were their we went to Fossil Butte National Monument! The boys had their spy glasses and they were ready to explore! We saw all kinds of fish bones and turtle bones, the boys favorite was the crocodile bones. They were higher than 6 feet tall! It was very fun!
I was surprised how much Ryan got out of it this time, and Kayden has re decided that he wants to be a doctor so he can get an x-ray machine and take pictures of bones. He even called Papa (the only Doctor he actually likes) and asked him to send him some pictures of bones! They also had rub on pictures the kids could do and Ryan did one of fish bones, and Kayden did the crocodile bones! We had fun!

It seems like a long drive though. Honestly there is nothing up there to do or worth going unless you go June through August! They have real paliantologists working up there who will teach you how to dig up bones and help you dig up your very own skeleton for free! It is cool and we will be going back for that!
